Terms & Conditions
You can exchange your item within 7 business days for store credit only, must be in the condition we shipped it in and not used or worn. We package our items very carefully so once they leave our hands it is not our liability anymore. shipping conformation will be provided as it ships.
We will ship items within 14 business days-excluding weekend and Holidays unless stated otherwise through description on item or post. Please know we work Monday through Friday 9-4 weekends are for our {family}.
NO REFUND ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
If you choose pickup please know you are agreeing to snag your goodies at our location >YOU< are response for knowing that location and you have 24 hours to pickup at the pick up box located at our gate. once you receive the "fulfilled" status of your order it will be available at the box. once we drop it off it is not at our liability anymore. Any damage to your item once it leaves our hands is on you, by selecting the pickup option you are agreeing to these terms.
